This group of teens meets on a monthly basis, usually on their lunch hour either at the high school or Youth Centre. New members are always welcome to share their 'brainstorm' ideas, so why don't you come and check this group out!
As an active member of the Youth Council, you will be in a very unique position to inform your friends and classmates about what is going on at the Centre as you will have first hand news. One great way to let others know about what programs and events are coming up will be by accessing our webpage under Youth News.
Community Service Hours
By becoming a member of the Youth Council you will receive Community Service Hours for both your compulsory high school graduation requirements and as credit towards the Duke of Edinburgh's Award for registered participants.
